Pintree’s hpl particle board is made of decorative and kraft paper, which are gummed separately, dried, stacked in a pattern of decorative paper on top and kraft paper on bottom, the number of sheets of kraft paper depending on the thickness of the sheet desired by the customer, and then placed under hot pressure in a high-pressure machine.
