uV panel – UV excimer particle board

Pintree UV excimer particle board with skin sensing uses excimer curing technology, 172nm UV light irradiation, so that only a very thin surface of the coating is cured. The polymer crosslinking of this thin layer will shrink and form an uneven surface, and floating in the uncured liquid below, to achieve the effect of skin feeling, is a type of board suitable for the entire house space.

Because the particle board is made of particles with gaps between them that are not filled to address the issue of thermal expansion and contraction, it will be more stable when the outside temperature and humidity vary.

1.Matte visage, soft skin sensation

With the unaided eye, Pintree uv excimer particle board cannot see the uniform and regular uneven surface. The nano-level corrugated structure has a smooth and delicate hand sensation, similar to that of baby skin. Its exceptional quality is revealed by the dual stimulation of eye and hand feel.

2.No traces, anti-fingerprint

Because of the superb hydrophobic structure layer and sliding friction coefficient of the Excimer UV skin sensing plate, fingerprint imprinting has no spot, touch no trace, no trace.

3.Scratch-resistant and self-healing

Pintree uv excimer particle board with excimer technology will solidify and shrink the paint to improve density, produce 4H surface hardness, improve paint film adhesion, offer superior paint bonding strength, and be resistant to a variety of daily bumps and scratches.

4.Minor blemishes can be fixed with heat.

Imported hot melt paint with high tensile strength can reorganise microscopic surface structure. A little scratch can be self-repaired with a warm compress or heating, such a hot towel.

Environmental

Depending on the substrate the UV excimer particle board was made from will determine whether or not it has contaminated the air. If the substrate’s formaldehyde release meets the environmental protection standard and the UV excimer particle board is odourless, melamine won’t worsen material pollution.
