hpl plywood

High pressure laminated paper impregnated with thermosetting resin is used to create Pintree’s hpl plywood. The plywood is created under high pressure in a hot environment with a layer of decorative coloured paper on top that has been impregnated with phenolic resin adhesive.

Pintree hpl plywood has a particularly strong compression ability, can properly regulate indoor temperature and humidity, the surface layer of our hpl plywood can show the natural wood grain of wood, and the pavement is simple. When compared to solid wood, hpl plywood has a very high density and a high hardness.
